I love that we rely on each other in life and we are strong together. I love that you take me golfing even though I frustrate the crap out of you when you do. I love that you allow my awful shopping habits and my impulsive decisions.... and keep me in check when Im out of control. I love the way you wiggle your fingers through mine when you want to hold my hand, put your hand on the small of my back when we walk through a door, and tell me you are proud to have me on your arm.

Best of all, I love that you are my husband and that you are mine forever.

Once upon a time, I shot Shane & Paige's wedding. In November they got married, and it was a complete blizzard at the temple, so we had go go back last month and do the temple shoot again. Saturday I headed out to the beautiful Salt Lake Temple to shoot Shane & Paige's images. On their wedding day at the end of last year it was a BLIZZARD, so we had to come back. Glad we did because it was a super nice day and not crowded at all! Here is just a peek, more to come.

Its a rare day when its not too crowded to do this shot there. LOVE the trees!!

I wanted to give a little shout-out to one of my favorite wedding blogs, Utah Bride Blog! The two ladies that run it are some of the industry's finest and I have loved becoming friends with them. Audrey (Studio Stems) actually did the flowers for my wedding -thankyouverymuch :)

Over the past few months I have been working with these two, submitting some of my work from 2009 and whatnot. I was thrilled when they offered me a spot as one of their preferred photographers for 2010! I love seeing my work published on other peoples sites, magazines, facebook pages...etc. It truly makes my day!!

I recently headed out in the cold January air to create what I must say is a friggin' BANG of a shoot for the first groomals of the new year. Luckily most of them were inside! Dante wanted vintage, she got vintage. I wanted to be creative, I was creative.

Oh, how you two make my heart do little dances of joy.

This next one has got to be one of my favorites. I adore the old Hollywood glamour to it.

We found this top hat in the closet. It was too small for Brian's head. He's still cute though :)

Hello, hello! Welcome to 2010. I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas and a happy New Year. I know I did! It was wonderful to have some time off and enjoy Washington state over the holidays.

Im officially back to the grind and back to shooting! Just shot my first wedding for 2010 Saturday and will have some stuff to post from that. I also have lots of sessions I didn't blog from 2009 that I hope to squeeze in between posts.

Since all posts are better with pictures, here are a few from snowboarding on Friday. It was the perfect way to spend new years day!

Finally getting to posting this scrumptious fall wedding. Wow, what an amazing job Tina did pulling together all of the details, florals, and really the entire event.

The wedding took place at the Johnson Mill which is one of my favorite wedding venues. Its in the wonderful Midway, Utah.

Jeff and Tina's wedding had an amazing sense of support from their family and friends. NO doubt they have an amazing love for each other!! I just adore this couple.

I just love this family! My wonderful friend Kerstin contacted me, as it was time for fall family pictures :) I have been very lucky to document their family even before Addy was born. Seems like just yesterday we were doing maternity. Every session seems to be so easy, and never fails to turn out great!!! It helps to have such wonderful subjects.

There is a crisp bite in the air, a little bit of frost on the rooftops, and the leaves are changing. I LOVE fall. Everything about it. I love the feel of the heater turning on, hot coffee in the morning, Starbucks pumpkin spice latte, and also ANYTHING else pumpkin.

What else comes with fall? The crappy flu. And I have it :( I am here on the couch trying to get a few things done on my laptop but I feel useless.

One other thing that I love that comes with fall is I get to switch my wardrobe!!! I love sweaters, scarves, Uggs, and hats. This morning before I took her out to potty, I swear Bobbi begged me to let her wear her fall sweater, just to show our neighbor doggies just how fashionable she is.
