Night at the Dog Park

Two nights ago Bobbi and I headed out to the dog park to play for a while, we had to enjoy the sun soaked weather.
I took my camera along to see if I could come home with something fun, and I did :)

Mandie & Byron - The Wedding

As I arrived at Millcreek Inn the power was out. Was Mandie stressed? Nah...
She was just there looking more beautiful and calm than ever and managed to get ready with the help of the videograpehers light. The power came on right before the ceremony :)
What a wonderfully beautiful wedding this was.

Im glad I finally got to shoot these two!! We had to reschedule because Ashton nearly cut his finger off at work!! Ouch :( Glad he's doing better, he sure looks happy with his future wife in his arms!
By the way, doesn't Trisha have SUCH a 'WOW' smile?

Jeremy & Stephanie

Ahhh.... sweet, sunny, sexy California. I love it.
I spent a few days in California tasting wine, seeing the golden gate bridge, eating lunch on the pier, and OF COURSE shooting Jeremy & Stephanie's wedding! I loved all of the cute little details she planned and how intimate everything was. They had their wedding at the Inn at Occidental in Sonoma wine country. I have never seen soooo many vineyards as I did on my drive out there, just beautiful.

The people who own the Inn actually live there. Their little dog thinks he owns the place as well :) He owns the living room and office and keeps things in order.
I must admit that I may have snuck him a treat or two....Im a softy, what can I say?

I love how this next image turned out, and I didn't even notice. I love how the newlyweds are dancing at their wedding, but in the foreground is another couple who has been though it already and is dancing with thier little one :)

My Favorite Moment

There is one split moment at a wedding that stays with me and tugs on my heart strings like a little puppet, and its pictured below. The moment the bride makes her way down the aisle with dad embracing her hand, ready to give her away.... this is the moment that I am the only one not looking at the bride. It never fails to make my eyes water, and turn me into a sap behind the camera (thank gooness its there to hide me :)

Im sorry, I have been a horrible blogger since I got home from California! I have been going non-stop shooting engagments, bridals, a fabulous wedding for Mandie and Byron, and a family session to boot! All of which will be blogged asap :)

Where was I this weekend?

I spent end of the week, and weekend in California! I was there shooting Stephanie and Jeremy's wedding in Wine Country. I have never seen so many vineyards in all my life!! It is such a beautiful place.



I landed in San Francisco and spent Friday there. Here was my lunch...
